Gatti Homes is a ‘One Stop Shop' from inception to completion. With our range of qualified professionals, we can help avoid or minimise any delays to realising your ideas. We understand the information required and are able to provide the necessary professional ensuring the plan goes as smoothly as possible.

This means we can assist with Planning applications, Structural Drawings, Party Wall Work, Building Regulation applications, Approved Inspectors, for full Design & Build Service.
We tailor services to your needs, design, and budget. All size projects, any stage of the development, either commercial or residential.

Statutory Approvals
We can ensure all planning and building regulation approvals are in place. As part of a Full Plans Building Control Application, all drawings and details will be checked, including the structural proposals and this may help highlight any potential issues early on.
Architects
As well as providing you with the relevant drawings, our Architects can be engaged at an early stage to help you navigate the process. And because we have our own Party Wall Surveyors we can advise and help you organise the information they are likely to require to achieve the Statutory Approvals.
Structural Engineers
Similar to an Architect, the earlier an Engineer is appointed the better it will be for your organisation and project programming. The engineer should be aware of what will be required by the Party Wall Surveyors as well as being able to feed into the Architects’ design from an early stage, identifying any potential issues.
Party Wall Surveyors
The surveyors can advise on the Party Wall Act and provide guidance throughout the process. They have a good idea of the required information and also be able to advise the other consultants of any additional details that may be required. As with the other consultants a Party Wall Surveyor may need to be appointed as early as possible because there are various notice periods that need to be served prior to any work starting on site, and some have a 2 month notice period!
